Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 3–12 business days, depending on product availability and delivery location.

For larger quantities or deliveries to remote areas, shipping times may be extended. Customers will be notified in advance in such cases.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on delivery location, order size, and weight.

In special cases (large quantities or special handling), customers may contact our support team for assistance before placing the order.

We take full responsibility for ensuring that orders arrive in safe and proper condition. Customers have the right to inspect the product upon delivery before acceptance, in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.

If the customer refuses the order upon delivery for reasons not related to damage, defect, or incorrect item, the customer may be charged for shipping and return costs.

Any claims regarding damage or incorrect items must be reported at the time of delivery or within 48 hours.

Refusal after acceptance is treated as a standard return, subject to return conditions and costs.

Returns

In accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Custom-made or special-order items are non-returnable.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@elaf.lighting before sending the item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

In certain cases, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.

The final refund amount may be adjusted based on applicable shipping, return, or restocking fees.
