Shipping & Returns Policy

All orders are shipped within 3 to 10 business days from the date of confirmation, depending on the product and delivery location.
For larger quantities or remote areas, delivery may take longer, and customers will be notified in advance.
We take full responsibility for ensuring that your order arrives safely. Customers have the right to inspect the product upon delivery before accepting it.
If an order is refused upon delivery, the customer may be charged for shipping or return costs as applicable.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on location and order size. In special cases, customers may contact our support team for assistance.

In accordance with Egyptian consumer protection law, customers have the right to return an order within 14 days of receiving it.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and include all packaging and accessories.
A full refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Customers are only responsible for return shipping costs, if applicable.
Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
