This website is operated by ELAF Lighting (https://www.elaf.lighting). By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms below. These terms are provided to ensure clarity between both parties and to set clear expectations regarding our service.

1. General

  • All orders are subject to stock availability. We make every effort to keep our website inventory accurate. In rare cases of stock discrepancy, we will contact you to either wait for restocking or issue a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and delivery location.

  • The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers have the right to return an order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our side.

  • Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

4. Delivery Terms

  • Domestic orders within Egypt are usually delivered within 3 to 10 business days.

  • Dispatch times may vary during weekends or public holidays.

  • Customers will receive a tracking notification once the order is dispatched.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Customers have the right to inspect the product upon delivery before acceptance.

  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, please refuse delivery if possible and contact our support team immediately at hello@elaf.lighting.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled prior to dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation requests will be handled according to our return policy.

7. Duties & Taxes

  • All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

  • Sales tax (if applicable) is already included in the final price.
